“Go into the program 110% invested in your professional and personal growth. It’s your job to take hold of the opportunities within the program and turn them into your success story. Be involved, stay in contact with your classmates and mentors, take great notes and most importantly, apply what you’ve learned once your back from training. Amwins’ culture is truly constant. All my colleagues in the program had similar drives, positive attitudes and outlooks on what we wanted out of the program and eventually our career with the company. We stay in contact and are developing alongside each other. I was also pleasantly surprised at how involved high-level management was with us. It takes a really invested C-suite to spend as much time mentoring and teaching us as they did.”
