Katie Katzman is currently serving as senior vice president of Human Resources for Amwins. Katie has been with the firm since 2010 and is responsible for overseeing Human Resources, Benefits, Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations for all divisions. She is also a member of the Brokerage Division leadership team, with a passion for supporting Amwins’ business. Katie has volunteered her time to the Wholesale & Specialty Insurance Association, specifically supporting internships, and the Association of Professional Insurance Women.
A graduate of North Carolina State University, Katie dedicates her time outside of the office to local community outreach and has worked with the Junior League of Charlotte. She and her husband, Michael, have two twin sons, Sam and Will.
