Emily joined our graduate programme in October 2023, which gave her the chance to explore different speciality lines of business. She started on the International Property team, focusing on Australian and New Zealand business in a broking role, then went on to spend time with our NARDAC team, who specialise in renewables. She now sits in Catastrophe Modelling on the Data & Analytics team based in London, assessing underwriters’ risk exposure and providing financial loss estimates following catastrophic natural events, such as hurricanes and wildfires. Through our grad scheme, Emily has had the chance to network with our US and Amsterdam-based colleagues, attend learning sessions like the ‘Broker Development Program’ (BDP) in Charlotte, and participate in industry events catered to young people as part of our Young Professionals’ Network. She's even captain of the AGR netball team!
