Jason Kunert

Executive Vice President, Head of Claims

Jason is an industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience, most recently with Hiscox USA leading a claims group handling General Liability, Allied Health and Entertainment claims throughout the country. He previously led casualty claims teams at RLI and Nationwide.

David Bailey

Vice President, Property Claims Advocate

David has more than 15 years of experience in handling complex claims. He began his career in law enforcement before transitioning to insurance in 2002, founding his own adjusting firm. In 2008, he joined Colemont Insurance Brokers of Texas, quickly advancing to Claims Manager. David excels in setting expectations and resolving client concerns efficiently. Outside of work, he enjoys working on his 2008 GT Mustang.

Natalie Dominguez

Assistant Vice President, Property Claims Advocate

Natalie began her career as a Claims Adjuster with Wausau Insurance Company from 1991 to 1995. She then joined J. Smith Lanier Insurance Agency as Claims Manager in their Atlanta office. In 2003, she moved to Heath Insurance Brokers, continuing as Claims Manager. Following Heath’s transition to Colemont Insurance Brokers and its subsequent merger with Amwins Insurance Brokers of Georgia, Natalie remains the Claims Manager for the Atlanta office.

Doug Pohlner

Assistant Vice President, Property Claims Advocate

Prior to joining Amwins in 2013 with the creation of the Access division, Doug served as Claims Manager with Bliss & Glennon Inc, an excess and surplus lines wholesale insurance broker and managing general agency. He has over 18 years of experience in claims handling and advocacy. Doug is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine with a degree in English.

Samantha Talbot

Assistant Vice President, Casualty Claims Advocate

Samantha began her insurance career with Zurich N.A in 1999 as a Workers Compensation Adjuster. In 2004, she joined Risk Enterprise Management (TPA) as a multi-line Adjuster. She then joined CJW & Associates (TPA) in 2006 (CJW was acquired by Sedgwick CMS) as a Senior Account Manager/ Property Supervisor. In 2021 she joined Vanguard Claims Administration (TPA) as Property Claims Supervor. With 24 plus years in the insurance industry, Samantha delights in delivering exceptional customer service.

Roy Rogissart

Vice President, Professional Liability Claims Advocate

Ray joined Amwins in 2024.  He is a former practicing attorney licensed to practice in Arizona and Michigan since 2001. He is an experienced litigator and appellate attorney whose practices focused on insurance coverage litigation and counseling across many product lines.  Ray most recently worked at Nationwide E&S/Specialty.  While at Nationwide, Ray first supported Claims as a Technical Director (2012-2020) and then supported Product as a Consultant (2020-2024).  His insurance areas of focus include Primary and Excess Professional Liability and Errors and Omissions (E&O), Directors and Officers (D&O) Liability, and Commercial General Liability insurance policies.

Heather Olson

Assistant Vice President, Casualty Claims Advocate

Heather has more than 20 years of experience in claims handling, management, quality assurance and TPA oversight. She began her career at Farmers Insurance i, specializing in Personal Lines Auto and Homeowners claims. After advancing through several roles, she transitioned to commercial claims and managed complex litigated cases. Her expertise led her to a role in quality assurance, where she evaluated and enhanced claims-handling practices across all lines of commercial business. In 2022, Heather joined Hiscox and played a pivotal role in quality assurance before advancing to oversee TPAs for commercial claims and the entertainment division. She has a strong background in multi-line claims, litigation management and operational excellence. 

Marta Lipka

Assistant Vice President, Casualty Claims Advocate

Marta Lipka has built a distinguished career advocating for policyholders, insurers and businesses in complex liability claims since 2000. She began at Progressive Insurance as an auto liability claims specialist and later joined Travelers Insurance in 2008 as an auto liability/CGL unit manager, managing high-stakes litigation and developing defense strategies. In 2016, she became a casualty claims director at Amwins Specialty Auto, leading a team in handling attorney-represented bodily injury claims and litigation. Marta holds a BA in accounting from Dominican University and a Business Management degree from the University of Warsaw.
