FAQs

Will Connected employees’ contact information be changing?

Yes. Employee email addresses will change to reflect the amwins.com domain. However, employee direct dial phone numbers will not be changing. You can find a list of new email addresses for all Connected employees by clicking here.

How will licenses change?

For individual licenses, there will be no change. However, our business entity licenses will fall under Amwins Insurance Brokerage’s licenses effective March 1, 2024.

Will I still work with the same person from Connected?

Yes. This change does not impact how we do business with you on a day-to-day basis. Please continue to contact your existing broker.

Effective March 1, 2024, all active producer agreements in place with Connected will be assigned to Amwins Group, LLC (the parent company of Amwins Insurance Brokerage). In the event your agency has an active producer agreement in place with Amwins Group LLC, that agreement will be the surviving agreement.

Does this partnership include legacy AB Risk Specialist and Highland Risk Services employees?

Yes. All current Connected employees will join Amwins effective March 1, 2024. View a full list of those employees and their new email addresses here.
