AmWINS Group, Inc. (“AmWINS”) is pleased to announce that it has completed its acquisition of eReinsure. AmWINS signed a definitive agreement on December 2 to acquire the firm from Fortegra Financial Corporation.

eReinsure is a neutral online platform used by clients to manage the placement of facultative reinsurance.

This acquisition further positions AmWINS as a leading international specialty insurance distributor and service provider, facilitating the placement of over $9.5 billion in annual premiums.
