AmWINS Group, Inc. (“AmWINS”) is pleased to announce that it has completed its acquisition of Bliss & Glennon. AmWINS signed a definitive agreement on December 2 to acquire the firm from Fortegra Financial Corporation.

Bliss & Glennon is an excess and surplus lines wholesale insurance broker and managing general agency.

This acquisition further positions AmWINS as a leading international specialty insurance distributor and service provider, facilitating the placement of over $9.5 billion in annual premiums.
